Would you like to determine your fertility status? At our facilities in Bratislava and Piešťany, we perform semen analysis—a fundamental andrological examination of ejaculate quality. For the examination, you need to bring a fresh ejaculate sample, no older than 1 hour, ideally collected in a sterile wide-mouth container available at pharmacies. Sexual abstinence of at least three to four days is recommended before collection—this ensures the most accurate results. Semen analysis evaluates the basic parameters of male fertility. A comprehensive examination also includes assessment of hormonal profile, testing for sexually transmitted infections (as needed), and physical examination of the reproductive organs by a urologist. Our facility does not only perform semen analysis—we offer complete andrological examination including analysis of the causes of reduced fertility and development of an individual treatment plan, which may include antioxidant support, hormonal therapy, antibiotic treatment, or surgical intervention such as microsurgical varicocele repair or vasectomy reversal.
